Food Counts... Bartering, Harvesting and Collecting

4- Pork steaks
4 lg Pork Sausage links
2 lbs of Pork Bacon
1 lb of chopped Sweet Pork Sausage
1 lb of chopped Spicy Pork Sausage
and
1 lb of  Venison  Chop Meat
 Bartered for 3 doz fresh chicken eggs.
Egg count for Jan 2013 came to 136 eggs.
At .32 cents an egg that's a $43.52 value!




24- 4 oz. jars of Orange Marmalade
32 oz. in the frig. that didn't make it to jars.
Avg market price is .60 cents an oz.
56 oz x .60 = $33.60
Paid $7 to make 56 oz. 
That's a $26.60 savings!
